This means the roasting is almost entirely automatic and self-regulating, as the heat is recirculated instead of constantly reheating ambient air. The result is more Fresh Roasted Coffee for you and less waste from burned beans.

To further preserve freshness, we immediately package each bag of coffee, flush it with nitrogen, and seal it tight. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that's heavier than air, effectively forcing out flavor-stealing oxygen before the bag is sealed.
