Jim's Organic Coffee is Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth under the US National Organic Program 7 CFR Part 205, with certification since 1/22/2010. Our freshly roasted selection includes Single Origins, Signature Roasts (Light, Medium, and Dark), Decaffeinated Coffees, and Naturally Flavored Coffees. From farm to roast to brew, we bring you coffee with character so that you can find that perfect coffee moment, cup after delicious cup. Organic farmers save the byproducts of the coffee cherries and other nitrogen-rich elements, placing them into their mulch for rich topsoil the following year. This natural fertilizer nourishes longer, stronger root structures that develop the desired deep, clean coffee taste.

Jim's Organic Coffee is entirely shade grown. The canopy shades the coffee trees from too much sun while providing bird habitats and promoting a healthy ecosystem on the farm. We work with farmers to ensure they are benefiting from their fine quality with above fair payment for their coffee. Call it fair trade, call it ethical sourcing, call it socially responsible free trade – we just call it the way we do business.

The LIGHT ROAST DECAF – Mild and mellow, Sweet Nothings Decaf whispers to your soul. Decaffeinated using all-natural Swiss Water, which gently removes caffeine using just water and no chemicals, yielding a flavorful cup.

We use the finest quality 100% Arabica coffee beans from all over the world. Over 20+ years, we've established long-lasting relationships with growers, ensuring we get only their best coffee, year after year.
